Of course, we will do our best to be accommodating in case there is any problem. In such cases (e.g.: you have been billed more than once for the same order), simply e-mail us the details of your particular situation and we will promptly take action as is deemed appropriate, either by fixing the problem/retrieving your order/ or refunding your subscription fee. Refunds are given solely at the Management's discretion.

This refund policy conforms to the UK Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), which specifies a "no refund" policy for 6.1(a) services that begin before the end of the cooling off period and 6.1(d) goods that due to their nature cannot be returned.
